Description
Remp Studway Ardesia is a homogeneous rubber tile in a solid color slate pattern. Alternatively, it may be specified as a special order premium dot speckled color pattern, colors similar to Dotfloor AP illustrated on this page. The product is manufactured in the European Union (Italy) in an UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and EN14041 certified facility.
Recommended Application
Use Ardesia tiles in extra heavy commercial traffic situations. The product is rated per EN 685 European Classification of Resilient Floor Covering Products Ratings 23-34-43 as suitable for extra heavy commercial traffic situations and rolling loads.
Manufacturing Technology
Remp Rubber Studway Tiles excel in high traffic wear resistance, high traction, noise reduction and ease of cleaning. Remp Rubber Tiles are made from natural and synthetic rubber with re-enforcing mineral filler and color pigments. Tiles are free of PVC, halogens, formaldehyde, asbestos, plastic monomers, heavy metals or CFC. Rubber tiles are recyclable.

Installation
Follow detailed manufacturers installation instructions. Always store materials dry and condition materials, building and adhesives for at least 48 hours at >68°F. Install only on approved sub-floor surfaces which have a Permanent Moisture Barrier and are dry <3.0 lb/1000 sft. vapor emissions; 85% rH and with a pH of 7-9 per the Concrete Subfloors Moisture Testing Specification. Rubber tile may be installed with polyurethane adhesive (not sold by TSC) or 2-part epoxy adhesive (not sold by TSC) or with UZIN KE 2000 S water based acrylic adhesive. Optional heat welding provides ultimate sanitary and bacteriological control properties, as well as chemical resistance, surface moisture resistance and must be employed whenever smooth, monolithic floors are required to prevent penetration of dust, moisture, bacteria, pathogenic substances or chemicals into seams. Limited Warranty
Limited warranty is available only if materials are installed professionally on suitable and approved sub-floors Concrete Subfloors and Moisture Testing with approved adhesives and within the approved moisture limits, on sub-floors which have a permanent Moisture Barrier and are dry <3.0 lb/1000 sft. vapor emissions; 85% rH and with a pH of 7-9 per the Concrete Subfloors Moisture Testing Specification.
In the event of a warranty claim established to the manufacturers satisfaction, the manufacturer agrees at its option, to repair or to replace the product out of current lines at the time of replacement. The labor costs of removing and/or reinstalling replacement materials and associated freight costs are to be borne by the purchaser. No liability will be assumed for any consequential damage, loss or expense. No liability will be assumed for commercial shade variations or for materials with visible defects after such materials have been installed.
